Roland Boucher, President of Boucher Energy Systems, Inc., presents a scholarship from ACA New England to Zachary Taylor to further his HVAC education.  Zachary recently graduated from Blackstone Valley Regional Vocational Technical High School.  He has worked at Boucher Energy Systems, Inc. for the past two years in the co-op program.
