Location: Dover, MA
This project featured a single-zone Mitsubishi ductless heat pump system designed to serve one specific area of the home. Single-zone systems are a practical option for rooms that need dedicated comfort control, such as additions, bedrooms, offices, finished basements, or spaces that are difficult to heat and cool evenly. Boucher Energy Systems installed the outdoor condenser, completed refrigerant and electrical connections, and performed system startup and testing. The finished system provides efficient, quiet, and targeted heating and cooling without requiring ductwork.
