This summer, after many years in my home, it was time to replace my heating & A/C system. One may think at 81 & single, this would be a daunting experience. However, many years ago, Boucher Energy in Mendon was referred to me. Twice each yr., they are here to check my system. Every Boucher employee is polite, clean, knowledgeable and greets me with a smile. As to the enormous task they just completed, from the quote to the scheduling & installation, it was seamless. From the time they came to my house for the initial proposal, to 6 months later when our a/c was installed, I knew I had made the right choice. Every step of the project was professional and painless. The installation went seamlessly and a lot faster than I expected. We love our Mitsubishi split ductless AC’s. They get AC where we need it (which might not have been possible with a traditional ducted system in our house) and give us the flexibility to choose to spend our dollars for electricity for AC cooling only where and when needed.

My Viessmann Vitogas 100 boiler and Vitocell 300 indirect water heater have been installed for more than 5 months and everything is perfect. Had central mini-duct AC installed in our older home and the work Boucher did was phenomenal. I received multiple quotes for the same Unico system and they were on the lower-middle of the range for price. Their quality and reputation is what got me to use them instead of competitors. They took the time to work with me on the design and installation of a custom system in an older, non-ducted house. Installation was fast, professional and very clean! This past year was one of the hottest on record, but my house was cool all summer long and my energy bills were lower than when I was using a few window units!
